Graves Mountain Regulations

·       Social Distancing and Availability of meals at the Lodge will follow the Commonwealth of Virginia Guidelines and Lodge Policies in effect at the time of the Event.

  • We reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone.
  • Camping is on a first come first serve basis.
  • NO bicycle riding after sundown.
  • Loud generators will be shut off - respect your neighbors’ desire to sleep at night.
  • We are not responsible for any loss due to theft, vandalism, etc.
  • If a problem occurs, please contact event staff.
  • Must have a driver's license to operate vehicles (including Mules).
  • Please respect your neighbors and have a wonderful time.
  • VA state fishing license with a trout stamp is required for the Rose River and the rest of the streams in the area. Fishing farther up the river (above my property) in the Shenandoah requires that you also have a Park license. Fishing in the trout pond located behind the area where we will be camping does not require a license, but it is a "catch and pay" facility.
  • You can bring your well mannered dog. The Lodge fee for pets only applies if you get a room at the Lodge, not if you are camping out.
  • Speed limit in the camping field is 10MPH.
  • Only “quiet” vehicles are allowed to drive through the front camping field that has the horseback riders and horses…  NO Whistling Turbos (they can spook horses)!   Entry to the camping field/event area is by the two back gates (to the Graves Trout Pond and to the Graves Orchards).   Follow the signs.

*Non Military Vehicles that are at least 25 years old may be allowed to participate at the discretion of the organizers.
